Ward Appraisal Services is an Austin home grown real estate appraisal company.


HISTORY
In the beginning, both Bob and Angie Ward had secure jobs with banks (remember those days).  During that time, their daughter was born and a week later they got laid off, and voilà! Ward Appraisal Services was created.


COMPANY PHILOSOPHY
We are proud to be part of the profession blamed for the collapse of the savings and loan industry. As appraisers, we know that we are sometimes considered the "gum on the sidewalk" of the mortgage process.  The entire real estate process is hectic at best, day to day, and seems to be speeding up.  We here at Ward Appraisal Services believe that we can work together to make your appraisal experience as pleasant as possible.  We have to find our cheap thrill where we can or just go nuts.
